Leanne McIntire came to The Education Channel in 2001, relocating from the east coast of Florida where she had been teaching film and television for 6 years on the college level. Prior to that, Leanne worked in the film industry in Texas, North Carolina and Hollywood as a script supervisor. Leanne has her BS degree in photography from Rochester Institute of Technology and a MA degree in communications from the University of Maryland. Her brothers and sister have all moved back north (one in England) and her parents share their time between Sarasota and Maine. Leanne is a proud aunt of 8 great kids. Plus she is a die-hard Patriots fan.
