In 1995, Kimberly joined a group of broadcasters at WPBF25 in West Palm Beach, Florida and helped to launch a new multi-million dollar set and news programming. She continued to direct and produce and contributed to the team that consistently won AP and Edward R. Murrow awards for the station each year.
In 1999, she took a year-and-a-half hiatus from broadcasting and returned to her "hometown" to go to college for the first time and to expand her writing skills by becoming the editor and publisher of a local spiritual periodical, Positive Living Magazine. As a side benefit, Kimberly also had the free time to pursue her passion for ballroom dancing and became President of the local chapter of the United States Amateur Ballroom Dancers Assoc., now USA Dance from 2003-2007.
Kimberly also joined the staff of The Education Channel as a Program Specialist and Senior Producer. In that role, she has had the opportunity to create award-winning original programming concerning education and community interests. She also gets to pass on her lessons learned and love of broadcasting to the next generation of high school and college media interns under her supervision.
Kimberly and her husband Javier Ceballos reside in Sarasota.
